Deform Brush Engine bug example

SUMMARY
I've noticed that using Deform Brush Engine brushes on fully opaque shape
produce alpha holes in those shapes. See attached image.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fill background layer with red
2. Fill new layer with blue
3. From Deform Brush engine select "v) Distort Move" preset
4. Brush small area back and forth for 10 seconds.

OBSERVED RESULT
You start to see Red.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be no Red we should have intact alpha on Blue Layer.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
