STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular
OBSERVED RESULT
Every time you open it, it's located half beyond the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should at least open within screen limits and remember last position.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 1909
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No matter if it's High DPI screen or not.
