I would like to enable scrollbar arrows for Breeze (I find them necessary for
precise scrolling and it very annoying that they were removed by default).
However, I can only enable them for Qt apps and not Gtk apps from the
Application Style configuration interface.
In general, it seems rather disjointed that separate Qt and Gtk themes are
always required. Are there any plans to generate the Gtk theming automatically?
