wrongly scaled audio settings

See screenshot. Unusable without rescaling
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kde from scratch
2. press kde button - type audio - press enter

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
no scrolbar, everything visible.
