STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run "balooctl disable" in Konsole or another terminal
2. open kinfocenter, click on "File indexer monitor" section in the left side
3. click on "Start file indexer" button
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
baloo should be enabled
