SUMMARY
Since updating from Plasma 5.17.5 to 5.18.3 respetively from 5.67 to 5.69 the
scrollbar in the new KNewStuff details dialog does no longer work.
Please see the screen recording.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Systemsettings
2. Global design
3. Get new designs
4. Click on any design, which is available to download
5. Shrink the window so that you have a scrollbar
6. Try to scroll
