SUMMARY
kcm_notifications layout has too much margin in French and looks broken.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Run `env LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 kcmshell5 kcm_notifications`
OBSERVED RESULT
EXPECTED RESULT
kcm_notifications displays approximately the same in French than in other
languages.
