There are two frames around the same face. They can have the same name, or a different. I suspect that this can happen if one re-runs the face recognition process twice (as I did in an attempt to find faces that had not been recognized during the first run). To prevent such behavior, digikam should have the rule that the same face can not have two face-tags, and that the same name can not appear twice in the same image (which shouldn't be possible until you are doing an artistic image retouching).
