SUMMARY
I have installed nightly build #766 (Version 20.07.70) on Windows 10. I also
have LLVM installed and added to PATH. I can launch clangd from command line,
but LSP Client fails to start it for some reason.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable LSP Client plugin.
2. Open any C source file.
OBSERVED RESULT
[2020-03-19T22:23:51] [Error] [LSP Client]
Failed to start server: clangd -log=error --background-index
EXPECTED RESULT
LSP server should start and work or there should be more information for
troubleshooting.
