Older versions of baloo did not determine the mime type correctly under some
circumstances, so that probably is the reason you ended up with a wrong
mimetype in your DB.
Unfortunately, your DB shows internal corruption, so it is no longer possible
to update it.
Please rebuild your DB by running
$> balooctl purge
