Selection scrolling from line number border, works only downwards
SUMMARY
Often one wants to select a bunch of whole lines, more than fit on the
viewport. To do that, it is convenient to use the line number border, because
it selects whole lines. When dragging the cursor outside the viewport, the view
automatically scrolls. But when using the line number border, this works only
downwards.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a long text file
2. Select lines using the line number border
3. Move the cursor up and down to trigger automatic scrolling
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolls only downwards
EXPECTED RESULT
Should scroll upwards and downwards
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
