Android app list of controllable apps
SUMMARY
When there is more than one audio-playing option to display and manipulate in
the Android app, rotating the phone causes the first listed app to be
displayed, rather than the currently playing app which was initially displayed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE (what I did)
1. Play music via VLC (or Clementine, or whatever)
2. Have two tabs in Chromium which have, at some point, played music and are
displayed in the Multimedia Control drop-down section of the app
3. Change the volume on VLC, then rotate the app
4. The app changes from displaying VLC to displaying "Chromium" which is the
first app listed in the dropdown, along with "Chromium [2]" and "VLC media
player"
OBSERVED RESULT
Multimedia control changes handled input to "Chromium"
EXPECTED RESULT
Multimedia control should continue to show selected input, or input currently
playing music
