SUMMARY
Setting KWIN_GL_DEBUG doesn't have any effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kwin with KWIN_GL_DEBUG=1
OBSERVED RESULT
A lot of error messages in terminal and the screen is filled with white color.
EXPECTED RESULT
No error messages and have greenish overlay.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
KWIN_GL_DEBUG has been broken for quite long time. Should we fix KWIN_GL_DEBUG
or drop it?
