SUMMARY
adding a 3rd dock to the bottom of the screen makes latte start flickering
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a 3rd dock after having one on the left and on the top
2. it should create the new dock on the bottom
3. latte will start freaking out and you cant even remove the dock as the
settings page is unusable since its flickering
OBSERVED RESULT
everything is flickering preventing me from using latte dock
EXPECTED RESULT
no flicker latte works as expected
