Illustration of the bug
It is impossible to create notes using Cyrillic characters in Okular (for
example, in Russian). I enter the text in the field, click OK, but the text
does not appear in the note. Text written using Latin characters (for example,
in English) is displayed normally.
The problem occurs when using the "built-in note" and "typewriter" tools.
