SUMMARY
Device's three dots menu doesn't close when clicked outside of it and also
appears above other system tray plasmoids (e.g. network, bluetooth, etc).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open device's menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu doesn't behave correctly.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu should behave correctly.
