When implementing, make sure that the way ffmpeg is called out fits the ffmpeg
version available on the lowest supported version of Ubuntu (in time of
writing, it's supposed to be Ubuntu >= 18.04). I did try to implement this but
I haven't got much success, and I had a problem with getting it to work because
if I used an option that the ffmpeg didn't support yet, it would complain. So
if someone comes up with a proper way of making those gifs, it needs to still
work for at least standard gifs on older ffmpegs.
