I'm using basic-5 size opacity default preset, but the issue is with all brushes. In the scratchpad there isn't a problem. And the issue begin in the second or third stroke. I tested on others softwares and all works ok. - Which drawing tablet are you using? 2in1 laptop Samsung 9 pro.
