SUMMARY
Files filter gets reseted to 'All files' each time new files are opened.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In kid3, open "settings" > "kid3 settings" > choose the "Files" tab > in
"File list" > "Filter:", select, say, "FLAC"; Click "Ok" to validate;
2. Click the "Open" icon and open a set of files;

OBSERVED RESULT
In the files list, you can see that non-flac files get listed as well as the
desired flac files (eg. *.jpg, *.pdf etc.).
Looking at ~/.config/kid3.rc, [Files] section:
- NameFilter is set to "All files (*)" before step 1.;
- It changes to the selected value after step 1.;
- It changes back to "All files (*)" after step 2.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only the file type that as been selected in the settings window should be
displayed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My system is not set to english, so I had to guess a bit at what the dialogs of
the software should look like in that language.
