SUMMARY
In this specific setup, Kate does not let me expand the directory src in the
Filesystem Browser like it usually lets you do with non-empty directories.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download attachment called "Files for reproducing" (filename: src.tar.xz)
2. Extract it
3. Open the directory above src inside of Kate using the Filesystem Browser.
4. Observe that there is no arrow right next to src, so you can't expand it
despite that there is a file inside of it
OBSERVED RESULT
Kate does not let me expand the directory despite that it has a file inside of
it
EXPECTED RESULT
Kate lets me expand the directory like usual

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Closing and then re-opening Kate does not resolve the issue, and I have been
able to reproduce this on more than one 1 PC
