Let's have two apps, a Qt and a GTK app, side by side.
1) If you select the GTK app and hover the mouse over the Qt app's window, you
can use the scrollwheel.
2) If you select the Qt app and hover the mouse over the GTK app's window, it
does not work for some GTK apps.
- GTK apps for which it does not work include Xournal, Dino, Lutris
+ GTK apps for which it does work are Firefox and GIMP
Is there something special GTK apps have to implement or does KWin not support
all necessary parts of GTK in order to support this feature for all kind of
apps?
