STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a web page in a browser 2. Drag some hyperlink onto browsers's icon (.desktop file) OBSERVED RESULT Most of the time, the context menu for the directory where the .desktop file is located is opened (e.g. $HOME/Desktop). EXPECTED RESULT 100% of the time, the application is opened with the dragged URL as argument. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 19.10 KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0 Qt Version: 5.12.4 Kernel Version: 5.3.0-46-generic OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz Memory: 7.7 GiB of RAM ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - In the attached video, two out of three times the incorrect context menu is opened. - While trying to reproduce the issue, the plasmashell crashed, seemingly right after drag-n-drop attempt.
