You don't even tell us which version of Krita you're using, which version of Windows, what hardware you have, what image you're working, what you were doing before you got a crash. And, obviously, since a couple of million people do use Krita on Windows, it is possible that you're just having problems that are specific to your system. Without more information, we cannot help you figure out whether that is the case. Please read https://docs.krita.org/en/untranslatable_pages/reporting_bugs.html#bugs-reporting to learn how to make a bug report, and then make a bug reports, one for each issue that you can reproduce. Since you're on Windows, https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/dr_minw_debugger.html#dr-minw is relevant, too, so you can add crash logs.
