SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot into KDE Plasma Wayland session
2. Have a panel at the top
3. Open krunner using its shortcut (alt+space)
OBSERVED RESULT
krunner appears below the panel. (see screenshot)
EXPECTED RESULT
krunner appears above the panel.
