SUMMARY
Dragging and dropping files on to the information panel makes dragging and
dropping unreliable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an archive in Ark.
2. If the information panel is not already visible,
a. Click "Settings", and make sure that "Show Information Panel" is
checked.
b. Click and drag the right edge of the box that displays the archive
contents to the left.
2. Select one or more files in the archive.
3. Drag and drop those files on to the Information Panel.
4. Attempt to drag and drop files from the archive.
OBSERVED RESULT
Attempting to drag and drop the files in step 4 rarely works. Most of the time,
it just changes which files are selected.
EXPECTED RESULT
Attempting to drag and drop the files in step 4 always works.
