SUMMARY: When using multiple monitors, with a dock on one monitor (Primary) for
example the bottom of the screen as per the attached screenshot, Lattedock
leaves a space which cannot be used by apps on the second monitor in the same
position of the dock created. This happens no matter where we place the dock.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use multiple monitors
2. Create a Latte Dock on one of the monitors
3. Windows on secondary screen ignore that part of the scren as if there is a
dock there.
