STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. empty playlist and close Elisa
2. open a file without embedded cover with Elisa via Dolphin
3. close Elisa
4. open a file with embedded cover with Elisa via Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
the icon of the file without embedded cover is wrong in the playlist and
the row related to the file with embedded cover is cut off.

EXPECTED RESULT
playlist should always show correct icons, no row should be cut off
