Can you run the command "file --mime-type <file>" to both .pl and .pl6 files
and post the result? Files cannot be empty.
As Christoph pointed, icons are managed globally in KDE and we ask to replicate
many Krusader bugs on Dolphin.
You could change icons from KDE's System Settings - Applications - File
Association (systemsettings5) or the single module "kcmshell5 filetypes". If
you don't have those programs installed, the first information could be enough.
