SUMMARY
Icons are moving on resolution change. They should not move to a new location
on resolution change.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put some icons/shortcuts on desktop vertically from top to bottom.
2. Change to a lower resolution
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Depend on how low resolution you choose, one or more icons are moved to the top
as a second row.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should not move to a new location on resolution change. KDE Plasma is the
only DE where this happens and this have to be fixed.
