STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click toolbar → configure toolbars
2. Select okular_part toolbar
3. Try to add individual view mode actions to toolbar
OBSERVED RESULT
“View modes” (as submenu), “Overview” and “Continuous” (not a view mode, but
related) can be added, but not “Single page”, “Facing pages” and “Facing pages
(Single page first)”
EXPECTED RESULT
All view modes can be added to the toolbar individually

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I couldn’t select Okular version 1.10.0, so I left it as “unspecified”, but
it’s 1.10.0
