SUMMARY
"Dock Settings" window does not appear. However, not only the "Panel Settings"
window, but also the "Dock Settings" window on the left side of the screen is
perfectly appear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install and apply the "Bare Naked" plasma style.
(https://store.kde.org/p/998727)
2. try access to Dock Settings.
