SUMMARY
Although the title bar buttons are inside the windows, I think they are mostly
controls. So the "Titlebar buttons" tab should be moved outside of the "Look
and feel -> Windows decoration" module, imho.

OBSERVED RESULT
It's no obvious for all to find "controls" in the "Look and feel" section.
EXPECTED RESULT
This tab should be moved elsewhere, maybe in Workspace -> Window Management.
