SUMMARY
Some icons are ugly. E.g. Xournal++ or a Wine app I am using. VSCode also when
it is not running. While it is running, the icons is normal.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Latte
2. Install Xournal++ or VSCode
3. Pin the applications and close them
OBSERVED RESULT
Low resolution icons
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal looking icons
