This bug is random.
Sometimes, if one types `exit` or presses CTRL+d to close the current terminal,
the whole Yakuake application is closed (with all opened terminals/tabs).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open several terminals in Yakuake
2. type `exit`
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes, the whole Yakuake application is closed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Just the given terminal is closed.
