STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > shortcuts
2. hover over any app under "Applications" section and click on its red trash
button
3. try to leave the "Global Shortcuts" kcm and click on "Apply" button
when system settings prompts to save/discard changes
4. go back to "Global Shortcuts" kcm
OBSERVED RESULT
app removed in the step 2 is still present in "Applications" section.
The app is removed if we click on "Apply" button of "Global Shortcuts" kcm
after the step 2.
EXPECTED RESULT
removed app should not be present in "Applictions" section after the last step
