SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I follow the kdesrc-build guide, I try to build all by issuing:
kdesrc-build plasma-desktop plasma-workspace plasma-framework plasma-nm
plasma-pa plasma-thunderbolt plasma-vault plasma-workspace-wallpapers
kdeplasma-addons kwin systemsettings kscreen breeze discover kinfocenter
--include-dependencies --refresh-build
It fails due to the following error type:

My assessment is that cmake need a newer version for the current code:
cmake version 3.10.2
I can't provide a minimum version number to do the job, apparently 3.17.2 does
the job.
