STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dophin and click on "All tags" under "Tags" section of places panel
2. right-click on empty space of file view, choose "Properties"
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
a dot beside tags icon. See the attached screenshot please.
EXPECTED RESULT
replace the dot with "All tags" text
