That would be useful for a lot of applications that are very frequently used
like web browser or some applications from other desktop environments. I know
there is kdocker but native option would make kwin even greater. Besides kwin
consumes memory which is not the best solution for application that is used all
the time, every day.
And this will prevent program developers from necessity of adding this option
and users from begging for it for every single application that users want to
manage this way. For example Zanshin doesn't have this feature yet.
