When trying to share with twitter and no account is set there is no way to
create an account and no info on how to do this either.
For a newbie totally frustrating as he is lost on what to do now.
Reproducible: Always
Expected Results:
Either allow setting a twitter account or offer a button on where to do it or
give some other information to the user on how to proceed.
