Maximized Dolphin on primary monitor
SUMMARY
There are times when the maximized windows aren't conformed to the right layout
after switching to a different layout
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to different activity that has different layout
2. Switch back to another activity with different layout
OBSERVED RESULT
The maximized wouldn't conform to the right size leaving either a gap, or
ignore the panel (depending on the layout of the panels)
EXPECTED RESULT
Maximized windows would respect the panels placement.
