Open "The Aviv - Serenade.mp3" in Kid3, place the cursor in the text of the
"Comment" field ("theaviv.ca"), then click "Edit..." at the right. In the
dialog which appears, enter "eng" into the "Language" field, then "OK". Now the
"Comment" field is no longer marked red.
