SUMMARY
I sometimes get a one pixel wide strip on my screen which acts like it's a
notification but can't be dismissed or anything because there aren't any
buttons. This strip also moves up and down when clicking the up-arrow in the
taskbar ("Show hidden icons") like all other notifications.
My current workaround is restarting plasmashell to remove it.

OBSERVED RESULT
There's a 1px wide notification on my screen
EXPECTED RESULT
The notification should be full-width.
