Scrolling via page up/down is extremely slow in 1.10.1. Downgrading to 1.10.0
fixes the issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any PDF
2. Hold page down
OBSERVED RESULT
The document scrolls slower than when you hold cursor up/down.
EXPECTED RESULT
The document scrolls very quickly. Like in 1.10.0.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the attached video I first hold cursor down to scroll downwards. Then I hold
page up to scroll upwards.
