When opening KDE - Discover Homepage displays error message:

Please verify internet connectivity."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. L-click "Application Launcher"
2. Select "Computer"
3. Select "Software Centre Discover"
OBSERVED RESULT
Loading graphic displays for approx. 1 second.
Error message displayed:
"Unable to load applications.
Please verify internet connectivity."
EXPECTED RESULT
Application Store loads and KDE Discover store applications can be:
Searched
Viewed
