new system monitor widgets with black fonts on dark background

SUMMARY
If Breeze global theme and Breeze Dark Plasma style are used, fonts of the new
system monitor widgets are always black on dark background after login to
Wayland session and after I run "plasmashell --replace" on Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. right-click on desktop, choose "Add widgets..."
3. add any of these widgets to desktop:
disk usage
memory usage
total cpu usage
network speed
hard disk activity
individual core usage
4. re-login or restart Plasma with "plasmashell --replace"

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the fonts of the widget added to
desktop are black on dark background. They become white after I right-click on
the added widget and choose "Configure <widget>...". The fonts of classic
widgets like Calculator are always white as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT
white fonts on dark background after login to Wayland session and "plasmashell
--replace" command
