Exiv2 performs a mapping and saves "Iptc.Application2.Keywords" in "Xmp.dc.subject". When reading, the internal mapping of Exiv2 gives us only the first keyword from "Xmp.dc.subject". Look at the XMP tab, all keywords will appear there. We cannot change this behavior. Either you use XMP or activate the writing of metadata in RAW files, so far no problems are known with NEF.
