It doesn't happen with the mouse, only with my wacom tablet. It does not happen
when using presets docker, It happens only when using top presets icon. The
arrow is easy to get rid of (for example changing the tool for a moment,
displaying right click color selector, alt+tabbing etc)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use wacom stylus
2. From top menu press icon: Choose brush presets
3. Select a preset
4. Move stylus to canvas and paint
5. Arrow pointer is now displayed at the brush tip
