I'm not sure whether this is the right component, but I had to choose one.
SUMMARY
For example, add the weather applet (add a location too), open its settings and
mark all four boxes of info (Temperature, Wind, Pressure, Humidity) to be
included in the tooltip. See screenshot. Same issue in other applets like
System load, Network usage, Clipboard (eg. try to copy the SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
section at the end of this report).
