SUMMARY
When opening an application menu, say for dolphin, the menu shouldn't extend
beyond the application's borders.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin
2. Open configure dolphin menu
This also happens for example in kate and other programs as well.
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu opens beyond borders of application.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menus should stay neatly inside the application they are a part of like in
Firefox or Chromium for example, and of course GNOME Applications.
