SUMMARY
>From my understanding, keywords are a bit like labels or tags on other issue
trackers. So on other issue trackers it is extremely usual to distinguish
between feature requests and actual bugs. I think this practice is very useful.
When looking a bit more into the Bugzilla setup when I tried to triage some
reports, I noticed that there does not seem to be such kind of distinction.
>From my limited point of view, using keywords (or maybe flags?) for that would
be appropriate.
